IMPORTANT
The hotel reception is on the first floor of the building and access from the outside is via a short flight of stairs (where the walk to the castle begins). For guests with disabilities or people with heavy luggage we recommend using the entrance on the ground floor (night entrance) where you will find a convenient lift.
