Prices are intended per Room/per day.

Rooms have bathrooms with shower, LCD TV, free internet access, safe, minibar and air conditioning.
In periods with conferences, trade fairs or events, availability and prices are on request.
Rooms are available from 3.00 pm onwards on arrival and have to be released by 11.00 am on departure. If you expect to arrive after 8.00 pm, please let us know. In any case arrivals must be before 10.00 pm.

General terms

When making reservations a credit card booking deposit is required, or a bank transfer to be made within 5 days of booking. For late cancellation of reservations or No Shows, the following penalties will apply:

• Up to 7 days before arrival - no penalty
• From 7 to 1 day before arrival - penalty 1 night

In the case of late cancellation or early departure the total amount due for the whole reservation will apply.
In any case, deposits paid for cancelled reservations will be forfeit.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms.

DOGS
The supplement of 15 € per day does not include food. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. We would be grateful if you brought a dog blanket with you.
